Seville Animal Hospital is proud to serve the Seville, OH, area for everything pet related. Dr. Patricia Faust, a licensed, experienced Seville veterinarian, runs our veterinary clinic and animal hospital.

Our team is committed to educating our clients on keeping their pets healthy year round, with good nutrition and exercise. Seville Animal Hospital stays on top of the latest advances in veterinarian technology and remembers that all animals and pets need to be treated with loving care in every check-up, procedure, or surgery.

Our Doctors

Dr. Faust
Dr. Patricia L. Faust, DVM
Dr. Faust received her Bachelor of Science in Zoology in 1990 and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 1994 from The Ohio State University. She purchased Seville Animal Hospital in 1996 and has enjoyed meeting and treating generations of the people of the Seville community and their pets. She has two amazing daughters, Alexandra and Emilie, cat Twix, dog Quinn, horse Coco, grand-horse Amira, and grand-hamster Sprout. In her spare time, Dr. Faust enjoys reading, running, tennis, and horseback riding while aspiring to be the person her horse wants her to be.
Dr. Theresa
Dr. Theresa Austin, DVM
Dr. Austin is a 1995 The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine graduate. She joined our SAH team in 2005. Dr. Austin works part-time here, while her job as a full-time mother keeps her busy. She has two wonderful children, Mariel & Josh, and three adopted cats. Dr. Austin enjoys gardening, running, crafts, playing piano, and being with her family. What she most enjoys about her work at SAH is giving back to her community by caring for pets and their families.
Dr. Nancy Lewarne, DVM
Dr. Lewarne is originally from Illinois and earned an undergraduate degree in Graphic Design from the University of Iowa in 1988. She spent three years doing photography and typography in Washington D.C., but ultimately had a calling to ‘Save the cats.’ She returned to Iowa to pursue veterinary medicine and graduated from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1996. As it turns out, she also has a soft spot for dogs! Dr. Lewarne worked in an emergency and critical care hospital in St Louis for a year, then as a full-time small animal practitioner in Alabama for ten years. Since returning to the Midwest in 2007, she has provided relief veterinary care in this area and has been a regular at Seville Animal Hospital for several years.

Our Manager

Kim, Hospital Manager

Kim started her veterinary career in May 1995. She enjoys every aspect of managing Seville Animal Hospital but highlights her relationship with her fantastic team as her favorite! When Kim is not at SAH, you can find her just one mile down the road at Sparky’s Pizza Co., which she owns and operates with her husband. She raises English Bulldogs and English Mastiffs, they are usually with her in her office, so be sure to ask to visit them when you are in.. She is passionate about many things. Mastiff rescue and art are at the top of the list. She enjoys making beautiful stained-glass art in her spare time, raising money for mastiff rescue, gardening, and taking motorcycle rides with her husband and friends.

Our Veterinary Assistants

Tina, Veterinary Assistant
Tina joined our SAH family in 2014 as a kennel assistant and groomer. She worked her way up to a Veterinary Assistant and is currently enrolled in Penn Foster College, studying to be a Registered Veterinary Technician. She is passionate about her job and ensuring our patients have the best vet experience possible. In her spare time, she likes to travel with her husband Matt, play tennis and euchre, work outside, and relax at home. She currently has a zoo at home that includes two dogs, Frankie the mastiff and Ghost the Husky mix, one cat Michonne, a ball python named Draco, a flying squirrel named Obi (Obi-wan Kenobi, she’s obsessed with Star Wars), two mice Spaz and Taz, and two rats Magic and Duck. She also has three kids, Kain, Carrisa, and Zach, that keep her on her toes!
Melissa, Veterinary Assistant
Melissa joined the SAH team in 2014, and it seems only natural for a girl raised on a farm with an enormous love for animals to work in the veterinary field. Melissa has been involved with the Medina County 4-H program since 1993 and is passionate about animals of all shapes and sizes. She loves her horses, cows, dogs, and cats but has a soft spot in her heart for elderly pets. Melissa also loves food and can’t resist a greasy burger or sugary treat! She enjoys spending her free time doing anything outdoors with her husband and daughter, camping being one of her favorites.
Faith, Veterinary Assistant
Faith joined our team in December 2020 as a veterinary assistant. She is a student at The Ohio State University studying for her bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences. Faith is also enrolled at Columbus State Community College, studying to get her Veterinary Technician degree. She enjoys spending her free time with her Bernese Mountain Dogs, Lincoln and Grace.
Grace, Veterinary Assistant
Grace joined our Seville Animal Hospital team in 2021. She started here as a member of our kennel staff while attending Wadsworth High School. She currently assists our technicians and doctors as a Veterinary Assistant and is an integral part of our team! She attended The Ohio State University Agricultural Technical Institute where she studied Animal Sciences and is looking forward to finding a school to receive her RVT license. Grace has three cats at home named Abby, Teddy, and Ella. In her spare time, she enjoys riding horses, reading, and spending time with friends and family.


Reagan, RVT
Reagan joined our Seville Animal Hospital team in 2021. While hired as a Veterinary Assistant, she is currently enrolled in Stautzenberger College and earning her Veterinary Technician degree. She is a lifetime Medina County resident who moved to Wadsworth from Medina in 2015 and graduated from Wadsworth High School in 2019. Reagan is a fan of the great outdoors and loves to go camping and take her dog Nala walking, hiking, and swimming. You can also find her with her family and friends when she has free time or go to classic car and truck shows.
Nikki, RVT
Nikki joined our team as a Registered Veterinary Technician in 2022. She graduated from Cuyahoga Community College in 2016 with an Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology degree. Her favorite parts of being a technician are client education, doing dental cleanings, and taking pride in treating her pet the way she would want her own to be treated. Nikki has a cat named Benny at home. She enjoys exercising, reading, and spending time with her friends and family in her spare time.
Cat, RVT
Cat graduated from Tri-C in 2018 with an Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology. She enjoys spending time with friends and family. She enjoys live music, eating tacos, and playing darts in her spare time. She owns Stanley and Eddie, whom you’ve probably seen running around the hospital.

Our Kennel Staff

Shereen, Kennel Care
Shereen is part of our kennel crew and loves caring for our patients. She is a hardworking, caring, and super-sweet addition to our crew, and we can’t imagine not seeing her smiling face every day! Before joining our team, she was a stay-at-home mom to her two active sons, husband, and two cats, Penny and Midnight. In her free time (and when not at sporting events for her kids!), she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, singing in a choir, and being part of her church.

Our Receptionists

Kim, Receptionist
Kim joined SAH in 2021. She has an administrative background and comes to us from an emergency veterinary hospital where she was a receptionist. Kim lives in Rittman with her husband, Ray, and their daughter Libby. She has three cats, Christmas, Oreo, and Mango. Kim enjoys painting, drawing, reading, gardening, and spending time on their boat.
Amy, Receptionist
Amy joined SAH in 2023. She has an extensive background as an Administrative Assistant. Amy lives in Medina with her husband and their three dogs Tucker, Ritz and Honcho. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and doing anything crafty.
